Conveniently close to the beach with spacious rooms, appealing breakfast and dinner options, and a refreshing pool. Bathroom renovations have improved the overall experience. Grateful for the friendly staff, especially the breakfast attendants and chefs.

We loved the hotel's location close to the beautiful Arenal beach, making it easy for us to enjoy sun and sand. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The staff, particularly the friendly lady at the reception, made us feel welcome.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a short ride on a taxi to anywhere to eat out at a wide range of very local restaurants. the hotel is also close to the airport and Arenal beach, which is perfect for getting around. the bed in the room is quite comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and tidy. the staff serving breakfast are friendly, and the food is decent too.
The noise around the hotel area is unbearable at nights, with loud music playing, and some guests shouting and slamming doors.

The breakfast was of high quality and with an excellent variety of fresh products. The location was perfect, being near many restaurants and close to the beach. The pool area was enjoyable, and the service was kind and helpful.
The hotel's nightlife atmosphere was noisy, which could disrupt a good night's sleep. The crowd seemed to be focused on partying, which may not suit everyone's taste. Some parts of the hotel were in need of repair, and the lack of available parking can pose a problem.

The breakfast and location were great. Breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and the location was convenient for exploring. The room size was also decently spacious which was nice.
The noise levels were very high even late at night. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
